  1. Important info for registered users of version 2.0/2.0.1

  4. Your old registration code can not be used to register this update. Instead, follow these steps:
  5.  
  6. • Install version 2.0.2 on your Macintosh WITHOUT deleting version 2.0/2.0.1 of the application.
  7.  
  8. • Launch version 2.0.2 and select “Register PowerScan…” from the Edit menu.
  9.  
  10. • Click the “Use old…” button.
  11.  
  12. • Locate your old (registered) version of PowerScan and click “Open”. PowerScan will now read the registration information from the old application and save it in the new one.

  14. • Check that the new version displays your name in the About box (in the Apple menu) before you delete the old version.
  15.  
  16. If you have any problems, send me your seed code for 2.0.2 and I’ll provide you with a new registration code.

  21. PS. Those of you who upgraded 2.0 -> 2.0.1 may have noticed that the steps described above sometimes didn’t work. This bug has been fixed in 2.0.2. I apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused.
